I'm pretty sure it was used earlier in the series. Something like self delusion where as long as they think and believe they can do something, they can. Move faster, hit harder, jump higher.

No idea if it works on mental things like solving math problems or puzzles faster, but it may. Requires extreme self confidence, so it also comes with a great deal of charisma.
