However, we’re currently facing a small issue: the person who worked on several chapters of this series is currently unavailable due to family matters. Because of that, the release of this chapter and the upcoming ones will be delayed for a while. The standford experiment has long been considered a hoax, tbc. There's pretty conclusive evidence that Zimbardo explicitly asked/encouraged participants to act in a way that would confirm his pre-established theory. (Edit: oh shit, should've read the full chapter before commenting, lol)

Fanservice and loli jokes aside, I think in the original chapter it was just Tanya and Deity X having a heart to heart conversation, which was then fanserviced in the manga adaptation out of fear that people would find it too boring.

Interestingly, that would seem to tilt things in the direction of the Milgram Experiment, in that people will tend to Follow Orders, even if directed to act in immoral ways.

Which is a different, but related, environmental factor for behavior, and still supports the core of Tanya's spiel.
