The MC's relationship with money continues to baffle me, but since it's been brought up again I gotta ask - what the hell is up with this girl's parents?

They took absolutely everything from her place, went to the landlord to have her kicked out, and went to the school to have her withdrawn - assumedly all within a single day. I have to assume the reveal will be that they're very powerful (either literally or metaphorically) because how did they manage to do all that so quickly and with nobody asking any questions?

Obviously there's also a question of "why would they do that?" for the parents, but I'd apply that to the landlord and the school as well - why would the landlord just kick a tenant out even when the rent for the month or whatever was likely already paid? Why would a school just drop the kid without any further procedure, especially when the kid shows up the next morning going "I have no idea why they did that, I definitely should still be here"? Did the parents threaten the landlord and school into doing what they want, or are they also inexplicably evil/stupid?

Between the adventurer's guild and the school it seems like all the institutions in this world will just roll over and do anything anyone tells them to do without any sort of checks or other procedures.

Why does every story like this have villains so ridiculously brainless it completely breaks the suspension of disbelief

The funniest thing about the money is his former fiancée thought he was poor, which suggests he spent very little on her. While the story tries ro treat her like a gold digger, the fact they were in a relationship since at least highschool but he never spent much on her is very funny. It's even implied she was the breadwinner.
Reading between the lines it looks like one of the major spoilers put out by people was already obvious just with this chapter. He took this girl to a mall for a quick shopping trip, of necessities, but aside from the lingerie and shampoo, all that he paid for was expensive top brand stuff; they went out to eat, but it was just some yakiniku place. The teenager has some common sense and actually looked at the menu prices, but I'm guessing the high school girlfriend already had it in her mind that MC was a broke adventurer, and only saw the surface level of shopping for gifts at a chain store and eating cheap restaurant food.

Real world isn't that reasonable, the DOGE bros can just report you dead, and suddenly you don't have anything tied to your social security. That's bank accounts, your work, any benefits, and all your contracts (like rental agreements).

My guess is that the FMC's parents owed money, and they got out of town to not pay it off. Maybe while she's at school the day before, they go about clearing out the apartment, canceling the rent and utilities with the landlord, submitting the withdrawal from school, and are just gone by the time she gets to what used to be home.
Edit: as someone else points out, high school is for pay, so it opens up two other bad options where loan sharks are concerned. Either the parents willingly sold everything and recovered all the deposits on the apartment, the school tuition and stuff to pay off their debt, or these things were done on their behalf and FMC was just lucky not to be included in the collateral.

This subplot is identacle Hayate the combat butler, and following that formulae they withdrew her to have a partal refund on the tuition as highschools are paid for,

More fake drama in this trash story. I can't see this one lasting very long... Plot holes, weak logic and nothing worthwhile in the story.
