I've noticed that most fantasy anime and manga that people end up raving about that have female protagonists end up feeling lacking and at least one area if not more. The main issues that end up popping up are that there is either just not enough effort put into the story and/or character development, or there is too much effort put into certain parts of the story and/or character development which ends up making other parts seem lacking.
This manga however, does not have either of those issues. The story is well balanced, the character development though gradual is still existent and balance, there isn't too much "fan service" if any at all, and the characters all have things that make them feel imperfect and more human. All in all I'd give this a 7.5 out of 10. The only things I can think of that could use more work is the fluidity of the art style and maybe the explanation of how some events are connected to others being a little too drawn out and some being a little too short.

I binged everything lol. Amazing. I really love Olivia. I guess it's death flag for Elise then? She seems to be such a fun character and would be a great addition to Olivia's special squad. I'm so glad I found this manga. Thanks for scanlating this.

Well, thanks for the info. I'll double check that and if it's correct I'll correct it for the chapters I did.
I can't change it for ch 43 and 44 cause I don't have access to previous tl's chapters
That is based off the TOCs in the Japanese releases of those volumes, so unless they pulled something stupid like the numbering in the Saving 80k Gold manga, it should be accurate.

Okay... So. I tried to find anything confirming this, but i couldn't. Doesn't help that i don't actually speak Japanese, and google translate can only get you so far when it comes to websites.
If you could send me the site where you found a proper TOC sorted in Volumes, or a screenshot of it if its some paid access thing, then i can adjust it.

The next chapter will be released 1-2 weeks into September when the next raw volume starts.
As for why the last 2 chapters were so short, that's probably because it was the end of the volume and they tried to stretch it out into 2 chapters. I assume it'll be back to 25+ Pages in the new Vol.

I'm curious to how the manga will draw Olivia destroying rocky crags using magic. The manga should be around V3's middle, right?
I would like this a lot more if the Seventh Army wasn't basically just Saitama. Basically all of the characters are pretty likable to me, and that their development is not an issue. I think the story overall is good enough for me to stick around for as long as I've had, and that the pacing of it is just right.
The wars and fights that this has could have so much more impact and tension to them if they just divert the focus from Olivia to the other characters. Instead of showing Olivia killing everything all the time, or Ashton being right about his predictions again, how about we show the privates in the group getting slaughtered or something?
Maybe have one of Ashton's predictions go wrong, creating a disadvantage for the MC? Maybe have someone relatively close to them die, so that there's going to be some shift in their morale? For a team that is composed of newbies, they sure feel invincible. It just feels unnatural for these guys that are so inexperienced to always get the long end of the stick. Granted, I'm reading this as of just finishing chapter 33, so maybe I just haven't caught up to when my complaints get resolved.
I would recommend it, but it's a little boring just constantly watching everyone fucking die because of Olivia.
