probably not, but I guess some people are more liberal - and there is logic in it:
for example, older sibling gets an av/porn book got bored of it but doesn't want to throw it away so asks younger sibling - hey do you want this?
or maybe one accidentally finds the other's h-stuff, or accidentally walks in on the other while they are reading/watching that, realizes they have similar tastes - and decide to share their stuff.

It's not on Pensis' Twitter or Fanbox, and SauceNao can't trace anything similar (it usually has no trouble matching different languages to one another, since it technically just scans for the amount of pixels that are in the same positions and with more or less the same color values).
