Maybe it's cause I've (thankfully) avoided a lot of middling to outright garbage villain isekais, therefore dulling my taste of Good Shit a bit, but this is turning into a big favorite - think the last time I got this into the worldbuilding was with RTA Sousha wa Game Sekai kara Kaerenai and WataOshi, though admittedly this one isn't quite as intricate and laid out as those two.

Also helps that A) the art's been consistently great, and B) this is really good at balancing the humor with the serious stuff.
