I always hate when the main character's choices are just him straight up losing. He confesses to another girl because he doesnt know your feelings...so you upgrade just to treat him like crap hoping he changes his mind? Girl come on. I was hoping for her for a second then its just obvious she wants to win on her own terms. Be damned his life situations.

This is just confusing. Either it's the scans or the story is just that fcked. And isn't it kinda stretched out too much? It's hella random as well. The tsundere girl is ass and the other one who rejected him is probably ass too if she actually did reject him. But seeing the plot so far it's either gonna be a 'misunderstanding' or she actually just doesn't like him. Might be interesting to see him fall for the girl who rejected him again only to be rejected once more.

Overall just midfuck tho

Super-short WN for this one (~40 chapters) and only two LN volumes, so this shouldn't be too drawn out.

The drawing is awkward, and the pacing is start-and-stop. So I'm guessing that most of the problem with the translated dialogue is with the source, rather than in the translation. Still, the translator doesn't really get the concept of tsundere; equating it with just tsun.

Agree male MC felt like 5 different characters at once. Especially the round eyes compared to sharp eyes, to vertical pupils, to the bangs covering or not covering half of the face.

I don't know about this one....

The returning girl seems to be the teasing type. The VERY teasing type, and I don't particularly like that. Also, we still don't know WHY she rejected him back then. If she rejected him because she didn't like him that way back then it's fine....
But if she rejected him because she thought it was fun to do so, and wanted to keep him tense, then it's not really fine in my book. And yes, imo that's entirely possible in this type of manga.

But the mega tsundere girl is really NO GOOD either. Because there's a limit to being tsundere, really. It seems she's sort of... abusive in her behaviour, and I really dislike that.
Also, proper communication please. If you never tell the person that you like him and in fact treat him harshly, what do you expect is going to happen? Why do you even think he's going to ever like you?

Let's see what happens in the next few chapters...

I think he didn't got rejected and just jumped to the conclusion because as the blonde said, " You never listen and you haven't changed" or maybe she rejected him because she was going to move to different place as she mentioned that she just returned

oh god, no only is this a cookie-cutter romcom, but it also has the same issue that I had with Horimiya: two characters with short light-colored hair that have the same face and similar personality, I don't think it's even worth it this time to give it a 1 volume chance.

Sure there are differences, but, C'mon, make them a lil' more different.

Exactly. You can't blame the guy for not knowing how you feel when you do nothing to communicate how you feel about him. Trying to tell him to stay away from the girl he likes because it bothers also doesn't communicate anything other than you being possessive.

And then of course, she does a make over and distances herself from him and continues to resent him for daring to take his shot at a girl he thought liked him back. And then proceeds to antagonize him whenever they meet instead of actually having a conversation about how she feels.

This is so realistic it hurts...

You sounds like you're mistaking the transfer student, "Yu Amaya", as the same one who rejected the MC, "Shimazaki Hiyori". shrug, they all same blondie, hard to tell, it's annoying to rely on reading to tell them apart.

Is that 3 different blonde(?) girls with similar builds and shoulder length hair? Dialogue aside, it was visually hard to tell the girl he confessed to, the main girls friend, and the returnee (childhood friend?) girl.
