Not really. In the original timeline, before our hero and the other person got isekai'd, Alicia, main villain, turned to the demon after losing the fight and getting scarred on her own. In this timeline she has been targeted by whoever the other person is, and they are trying to force her, Alicia, to become the villain, but since she met Ragna, she is living a normal life.

If I got the names wrong, let me know so I can change them. I have had a lot of head trauma over the years and things slip out of my head.

Make deal with demons is ALWAYS a losing game. No matter what you do, the demon eventually wins and your life will ended miserable.

And people, either in fictions or RL (it may sounds like a joke, but it's true. Even in RL, I know some people who made a deal with a demons and it always didn't ends well), didn't care about the consequences when they make a deal. As long as they get what they want and desire, everything else be damn.

In RL is even more awful. Some contracts would last for generations. So, even after you died, your kids and grandkids would have to continue to fulfill the contracts if you don't want any harm come to your family.
