Honestly, I don't remember well enough either, all I remember is it had multiple different versions of the story, and then the Tsubasa Chronicles timeline switcharoo mess made it even more confusing as to what is the "true" timeline or not.🤷‍♂️

Even the principle got flabbergasted about this whole 'magical girl' thing.

That reminds me: Do we have a manga/anime where the magical girl get isekai'd to the world of knight & magic? (not talking about traversing between worlds at will, more like get stuck in that world for the rest of live via teleportation or reincarnation)

There's sort of a cameo appearance of one in that Onsen Isekai where the guy reincarnated as a literally hot spring bath. Like, the water itself. She doesn't appear until the last like 3 chapters though. Major plot spoilers below.

But she is mentioned quite a bit throughout the manga and is built up as being the sort of big bad entity that's the source of pretty much everyone's problems. Turns out she was also isekai'd like centuries ago and got to be a magical girl with wish granting powers because she liked magical girls, and she used the powers to grant wishes to try to help people, but those wishes were abused. She didn't like how much tragedy she caused so she pretty much sealed her own powers away and isolated herself so nobody would abuse her wish powers again.
