EDIT: I mean, this is sex-addict talk. Fear of abandonment of losing the people that he likes. He knows what he's going is wrong but he can't resist. Like Absent666 mentioned before, Agawa will definitely get close to Yuki after seeing this and most likely stop talking to Gotou. Gotou would probably get confused about Agawa giving him the cold-shoulder and lose interest in having sex with Akito and the president because he's focused in getting Agawa back. Agawa and Gotou will have their big argument and make up by fucking all day.

Then we will be back on track with this series ending like the hentai version.

Ok we have lost Gotou again. Yuki could really get now the most winning character of the story . Having his favourite and all time available sex toy for himself. Or Agawa is also gonna leave him in the dust too, getting a development arc. Asking how Gotou could evolve to that state until she realise it was her fault literally. New theory, according to the hentai Gotou and Agawa got cooked because they were caught having sex so maybe things will change and instead Gotou will get caught having threesomes (likely not this one but either another one in the future or just having sex with anyone later on) meanwhile his relationship with Agawa will get worse. From what Komei's translations of the spoilers are saying, it seems Gotou has gotten addicted to having sex and acknowledges he's doing something wrong which could easily lead to the future plot points in the hentai of him losing his friends and overall spiralling downwards due to his lack of self control.

it is likely Agawa will just go to Yuki in the meantime which will then somehow lead to the future encounter where Gotou gets Agawa from Yuki and lead to the same ending as the original hentai, perhaps putting more focus on how Agawa is dissatisfied with her relationship with Yuki since he's only interested in fucking to simultaneously show how both Gotou and Agawa are going down the wrong path.

I will retain the concept of this turning into a reverse ntr corruption story. Temptation is no fucking joke. All this physical pleasure and its killing you on the inside. Agawa is still not someone I feel sorry for. This guy genuinely fell in love with her before he found out she was a slut. I really look forward to an Agawa arc where she reminisces about the days in the library with him.

To be completely honest, I wish he had confessed to her before asking her to have sex way back at the start. Imagine if this guy who doesn't know about her history and has spent so much time with just says, "I've fallen for you after all the time together in the library duty. It's been so much fun seeing you those days that I want more with you. Would you go out with me?". I wonder how that would have turned out.
