From what I can tell:so I don't have much to say about the chapter but regarding the notes: err, what the fuck?
No comment.so I don't have much to say about the chapter but regarding the notes: err, what the fuck?
That's a question for ixangel. She's the one that said she plans to start a harassment campaign against me- I'm just defending myself here. If that means no more main TL, well, I'm sorry in advance.Well that sure looks like a healthy behaviour. Can we not just enjoy the good manga, why bother with all of this drama? Would suck if we lose main TL over this.
It sucks rather more to see members of our community being threatened by a sexual predator, especially one who makes threats against others when excluded for her actions. There is no amount of translating that could make up for that.Well that sure looks like a healthy behaviour. Can we not just enjoy the good manga, why bother with all of this drama? Would suck if we lose main TL over this.
Sweet potatoes, but yeah - seems to be a staple fall event in Anime/Manga.Is burning leaves to roast things common in Japan or maybe a cliche of sorts? That also occured in one of last season's anime, NinKoro. They roasted potatoes over burning leaves, and what Lilly got handed here might also be a potato?
I understand completely. I intend to delete the page as soon as this blows over. The discord drama is 50% of the upload and distracts from both the content and your hard work. We outsiders don't care/don't know enough about it.
I'd say with a small note that said "Regarding ixangels or w/e discord drama, you can refer to our dc and read everything in #channel" would have been enough.
Just my take, thank you for the TLs.
Trust me, I don't care either. I get it, really. I was just doing my job, but ixangel decided to drag mangadex into her retribution, so my options were this or risk being endlessly harassedNobody gives a shit someone got banned from some discord server, can't believe anyone thought even for a second it's a good idea to put this stuff in translation notes. By putting yours "preemptively" first, you're the first one to look bad as a result
But thanks for translating the leaflet, not to end on a negative note![]()
