So this can go one of two ways imo, Manako goes in and interrupts or she goes it and it happens, with Chisaki cucking the fuck out of her knowing she's also in there. Heh, hell yeah man, that panel is up there as one of the hottest in this series. If I have to pick the hottest scene so far, it would be this because all my favorite elements, especially stealth play.
If Chisaki continues to fuck Ueno after getting caught or knowing Manaka is inside the bathroom, listening(?!), that would be nuts. Tsubomi's supremacy over the audience will end next chapter if that happens.

Before Chisaki had a chance to insert it, Ueno's inner consciousness appears before him, saying that resisting is impossible because the real Ueno likes being bullied and believing otherwise is deceiving himself. The real Ueno says right now, he wants to deceive himself and put his hands over his crotch to block the insertion attempt.

Yeah, I knew it wasn't going to happen, and I expected Ueno was going stop it before it went any further. This is a frustrating chapter that left both Ueno and Chisaki conflicted and confused about the entire situation. Chisaki will probably back off from Ueno for the time being with Kanako taking full advantage of the situation. Who knows, maybe Kanako will reward Ueno with sex once they go on that trip together for rejecting Chisaki's advances, haha.
Hopefully Tsubomi's turn will be next as a palate cleanser from all the drama that is going on. Will Ueno and Tsubomi lose their virginity together in their next lesson? Heh, it would be cute moment, but we'll see...

Surprisingly, chapter 40 is out and it's completely free at the moment due to the 5th anniversary of Yanmaga web. Basically...
Ueno's tennis club decided to train with Manaka's sister. Manaka's sister's physique and tennis skills earned her a lot of admiration from the tennis club. A breather chapter that sets Ueno up to tell Manaka his perverted side in the future. This may be before or after Manaka admits to Ueno that she isn't as pure as Ueno thinks she is. Manaka is the key for Ueno breaking his programming and finally living a normal life that he always wanted.

No, I just saw the volume cover in the latest updates and got curious about the work, so I checked the comments to see what people thought of it. By the way, thanks for the info above.
