Most harems aren't even harems idk why you would be annoyed lol. They are just multiple people who like the same guy but he chooses one or it's open ended. At least he actually does stuff with his girl and they get along well though if I had to guess this actually might be one of the few that becomes an actual harem because of his ability. They don’t show it but, his GF actually “relieves” him after each session he has with her and other girls. It’s mentioned in a previous chapter. They just don’t do it on screen, which is…an interesting choice.

But I’m glad this one is advancing the way it is so far, it’s been decently enjoyable. It’ll probably ramp up as time goes on, as the mangaka is fully aware the same thing over and over again can get stale. I think we’re still in the phase of each girl’s problem is different and that brings novelty, but it’ll change most likely sometime soon, maybe after a couple more girls. OR they escalate the plot advancement, like moving in together or they officially apply for a services store.
