Pretty much - basically a manga you like, song you think suits it, and (once the entries open tomorrow) post links to those two plus a sample page/chapter. Nothing on the line so far other than @Banana bragging rights - this is a 'between the big ones' tournament, more intended to be fun and low stakes than the whole-number tournaments, but maybe one of the mods will see this and decide to throw something out there.

Manga (or derivative works, like anime) should not have referenced or used the song. So don't send the OP to the anime of the manga you choose, or pick JoJo and a song by REO Speedwagon. (Rules are in the initial post.)

Okay, let's try the first one.
Pick a manga you like.
Pick a song with no prior association with that manga that matches its vibe.
Post links to those two, plus a page image or chapter link you think shows why the song matches up well.
Just don't use a song that's already associated with the manga.

if you still can't understand that:

1. Pilih satu manga (atau manhua/manhwa/apa-apa saja) yang kini boleh dibaca di MangaDex dan anda mahu galakkan orang ramai untuk baca. Sebaiknya pilihlah yang kurang dikenali, tetapi asalkan boleh dibaca di sini, ia tetap boleh.

2. Pilih satu lagu (tidak lebih daripada sepuluh minit – tiada lagu jamming panjang atau karya simfoni, ya) yang anda rasa sesuai dengan manga itu. Ini boleh jadi kerana ia sesuai sebagai lagu pembukaan/penutup jika manga itu dijadikan anime, atau kerana ia menggambarkan salah satu watak utama, atau sekadar mempunyai vibe yang sama dengan manga tersebut. JANGAN pilih lagu yang memang pernah digunakan dalam anime/drama audio dan sebagainya jika karya itu sudah ada adaptasi, dan JANGAN pilih lagu yang pernah dirujuk/disebut/dipetik dalam karya tersebut.

3. Apabila penyertaan dibuka, untuk masuk, hantarkan tiga perkara ini dalam satu komen:

1. pautan ke halaman tajuk manga di MD
2. pautan/gambar daripada bab/halaman contoh yang anda rasa dapat menunjukkan hubungan antara manga dan lagu itu kepada orang yang belum mengenali manga tersebut
3. pautan ke lagu yang anda pilih

4. Ketiga-tiga perkara di atas (#3) mestilah boleh diakses umum – tiada bayaran atau pendaftaran, ya. (Ya, sekatan umur dan rantau YouTube mungkin jadi masalah – buat yang terbaik untuk elakkan, dan kita akan cuba cari jalan penyelesaian kalau ia jadi isu.)

5. Satu penyertaan sahaja bagi setiap pengguna.

6. Setelah penyertaan ditutup, Panda akan susun bracket dan mula hantarkan pasangan penyertaan. Akan ada tempoh 48 jam untuk mengundi pilihan anda bagi setiap pasangan.

7. Pengundian akan dibuat terus di bahagian komen manga. Pemenang akan mara ke pusingan seterusnya.

8. Jika berlaku seri, Panda sendiri yang akan tentukan pemenang, mungkin dengan bantuan tiga peserta teratas lain daripada Music Tournament 5 jika perlu/terpaksa/dipaksa.

basically, yes, you submit your manga and your music here and yes, they're open until the 15th of September (at Panda's time, over here, it'll probably end at the 16th)

Allright then:

This one is one of my absolute favourite Manga, but it only sits at around 5k library inhabitations, which is criminally low.
The track I offer is this one, note that I have not played ultrakill yet, so I don't have any connection with the game vibes:

And as a sample Picture, I chose a scene where that track could play. The manga has quite a lot of moments where it could be a theme if made into an anime. I sadly don't really have much experience with US music from the time when that manga plays to pull out a fitting noir theme, so I chose this avenue instead.
I do recommend reading the first chapter before opening the spoiler, it is from that chapter, but I want a pure reading experience to be possible:
