This is most likely the effect of her pregnancy affecting him, it happens to partners often but most people dont think its real mainly because its sounds fake but what I mean is that when your wife is pregnant you can sometimes feel side effects. I'm going to be honest i have no idea how it works but it crazy that ive seen it happen. The mental of someone can cause some crazy stuff to happen.
