Rio is like a rotten onion, she looks ok at surface, but each time when remove a layer we find we find a new level o rotteness.


At surface she act like a good friend with strange quotes, but when we remove this layer we find the cheater who sleep with friend's husband and likes to brags about It: "Kyouka, do you fall for him? So take a looks at this photo of me and him going out". Online she act like she is knows the true about monogamic relationship and how se is happy having a husband and a lovers, but this is just a lie she tell to herself, the true Rio is coward and spitifull woman.

And the earing storis sees true, that son of a bitch give Mahoro the earing that Rio don't want more

I really liked the little flashback of Momoka. Her kinda having been in Rio’s shoes gives a interesting perspective. She’s been there, she’s done that, so she obviously knows a bit as to why and how. It might also explain why she’s so angry because it’s like looking in the mirror and she probably still hates herself for what she had done.

(kinda because there seems be a big difference in the mindset behind her cheating with a married man and at least Momoka wasn’t friends with the wife)

I'm almost inclined to believe Rio is acting out like this in order to not only destroy Mahoro's self-esteem, but to also somehow get payback against her (Rio's) own husband in some way (probably from not spending enough time with her). WHY she chose to do it this way is something we're probably not going to see an answer to until we get to the end, but I don't think Rio is doing this for sex.
