I love how everyone know Hina so well that they all pretty much guessed how she would react. Rei is pretty much a full fledged kawamoto with how involved he’s and how much he’s helping out with the shops future. I’m so happy they’re expanding the shop, but I hope Rei moves in before the series ends!

As someone who has loved it since 2020, I hope it does. I’d really like Umeno Chika to complete her longest running work. Especially after her good friend Miura was unable to complete his.

I really love these chapters more geared to slice of life, but I also wanna see how the rest of the tournament unfolds... also, I really hope the series doesn't end with the tournament! We need to see Hina and Rei and the Kawamoto family living happy lives!!!

Yeah, definitely remember reading at some point around these last few volumes that we're getting to the end. Been wondering how soon that really is, and I do actually expect it to be around the end of the tournament. Umino-sensei isn't getting any younger, and it's sounded like the work is quite draining for her at this point.

And great seeing more development on Rei becoming more integrated into the Kawamoto family. And as someone who feels like he'd personally prefer Akari... people need to get over the fact that Rei chose Hina. He doesn't exist to represent me or any other reader or our tastes. Hell, if anything, I'd be inclined to identify with the older, less innately talented characters, anyway. Like Hayashida-sensei or Shimada who have both been setup in the past as possible love interests for Akari as it is.
