Looks like the ranks are kinda broad. Like enough for there to be a big difference between these two aside from skills and experience. Which is nice because there are only four ranks kinda like the four grades of sealed artifacts in Lord of Mysteries which go like:

• Grade-3 for low-sequence
• Grade-2 for mid-sequence
• Grade-1 for saint level
• Grade-0 for angel level and above
