Don't know yet about him since i just checked the WN, but i can spoil you on this fight... Silva beats the shit out of him, while holding back!

They go to a training ground and fight with wooden swords. Silva easily dodges all of Allen's attacks and counters him with just a punch, which he barely defends against using defensive magic. Silva throws away his sword saying he doesn't need it. Allen gets even more cocky but Silva easily dodges him and punches him with his elbow and sends him flying to the wall. He gets more angry and rushes Silva but he just grabs and body slams him into the ground. Then Silva goes to punch him on the ground but he barely dodges, and the held back punch breaks the training grounds. Allen panicks by seeing how strong Silva is, and uses his Ultimate skill, which absorbs his 2 girls mana. Silva is disgusted as he notices that his reason for wanting Charlie is just using her mana. He blocks and cancels the Ult, and then punches Allen sending him flying trough the whole area and again into a wall. The 2 girls are stunned and can't believe Allen lost while Charlie is very happy that Silva won. She then declares that as of this moment she is leaving their party!
Then a female Teacher enters and Silva doesn't recognize her as a game character. While he is surprised by that the Knight Commander enters and vouches for Silva that he is no Demon.

Hmm, i just noticed, in the WN the FMC is called "Charlotte" and nicknamed "Charl" by Silva. Why is she called "Charles" here? Is it a translation error or did they change it in the manga?

There isn't anything wrong with the Harem Route, so long as you actually treat all the girls as Queens.

You gotta at least be Issei Hyoudou, if not Rentaro Aijo, to make the Harem Route work. And this Allen sure as fuck ain't even worth the dirt Issei ate every time the Kendo Club beat the shit outta him

They are both openly talking about being reincarnators, and yet somehow neither of them feel like calling a truce and have a talk as ppl thrown into the same situation, or at least verify clearly and acknowledge it?
It is almost as if the mangaka is trying to pretend the characters haven't noticed yet, despite both openly talking about it?

Plenty of manga's mc's do that. Then they bet/fight for the heroine anyway.

MC is dropping a lot of buzzwords for being a reincarnator right here so unless hero points it out page 1 next chapter it's unlikely.

Hero was doing that too, though. They are both trying to hint eachother about being reincarnators.
Even before that though, it was already obvious to mc the moment hero decided to go for the harem ending despite not acting like the hero on that route (to the point a heroine even felt uncomfortable with how he was trying to implement it).

I could rec a ton that don't, but I do not think you actually want that, as I am sure you have seen the other archetype too: otome game heroine that is entirely unwilling all the way but have ppl force her into the story's role for her to hit the plotbeats no matter what she says or does - until the reincarnated villainess finally rescues her and makes her fall for her.

What you want is surely something that does not pick either cliche'd development, and instead has a less shallowly portrayed heroine.

I see two possibilities:

1. The word "mob" that we see is just a Japanese word for an unassumming person that is being translated as "mob" as a convention
2. The word might have become a part of Japanese proper recently and can be used outside of gaming context.

At least, I saw in multiple other mangas the word being used by characters who are not gamers
