Hello, taking over from the previous group. Thanks Velainary.
I'm collecting stalled projects like infinity stones.
Now, the cons of me picking this up and to tank my new project before it's even started.
Some may already know that I'm a volume book scanlator most of the time. Means I only do volume books and not the latest chapter the nanosecond it releases. So releases are bound to be slow as I wait for the volume book to release.
Be that as it may, the latest raw chapter of this manga, ch6 was released in April. It is now the end of October with no sight of any new chapters 6 months later, and that's a bad sign.
Is it cancelled? On hiatus? I don't know.
Is the mangaka alive? Healthy? Well, the mangaka is also doing another different manga at the same time and the next chapter of that manga was released just last week. So that at least shows he's still alive and kicking.
Bad sales? Disagreement with the publishing company? Don't know.
Who knows if this will even get another chapter or volume.
So why bother picking up this manga with uncertain future?
The character designer of this manga, Toyota Saori, is also the character designer of my main project's manga which is also my group's namesake. And the story itself isn't that bad, so I might as well.
As the future of this manga is uncertain, the next 2 chapters available left in vol 1 will be released in an interval of the next 3 months. Hopefully they'll release something within 6 months. If nothing still comes out, well...there's no helping it.

I rushed doing this so it may be a bit sloppy. Finished it just today actually, just in time to fit this into my free weekly release slot.
And like my other project 'tired of life' I had already cleaned the whole of chapter 1 before getting an epiphany that I don't like the quality of the raws and I said screw it and just bought the raws myself. And the vol raws turned out to be only marginally better sigh
But thanks the mangaka's style of putting diagonal patterns instead of crosshatches, the cleaning is not as hard to match as normal.
If some of you are still confused with the magic and sorcery part, it would be akin to alchemy and modern day science(chemistry precisely). Same same but different.
As for the intuition and precise theory during the study group, think of asking recipes from your mother or grandma. There you are holding pen and paper to write the recipe down, then mom says to just add a handful of this, a pinch of that, a Carlsberg mug of this here. Teaspoons, grams? We don't use that here. Mix it and let it simmer until the meat falls off the bone. How long is that? Iunno, just keep pinching and poking the meat until it's tender.

I'm honestly glad this is the direction the series choose, so many reincarnation stories are written like the authors personal vent diary lol.
