Honey preserved nuts. But nuts have very good shelf life anyway.

"You two sure have a sweet tooth."
Very sweet food at that time was rare, at least in the real world. You did get sweets, and honey was one of the more common sweeteners, but sweet treats weren't nearly common enough that you'd even talk about someone having a "sweet tooth".

The perspective on that town pic looks weird. The buildings on the right side cliff are about as large as the ones farther back.

"This place is known for its honey mead."
"Honey mead" is redundant. It's like saying "rice sake".

All the quests with the same goal. Well, that's a way to do it. And it's a bit suspicious to find so many of the same thing. Almost as if others are avoiding it and it becomes a rare quest to take...

Steam would only force shells open until it can escape. If it opens more than that, it's because of other reasons.

Hermit Crablin sure looks like an octopus wearing a shell.

If a fireball heats up the water that much, it sure packs a ton of heat.

Can anyone remind me who are these rookies? I'm already bad with names and faces, besides de MC and his companion, remembering his Japanese friends that are now the heros and even the maou is already a great feat for me.

They're the first adventurers Hiroki met. They helped him to the guild and they kept meeting each other randomly and helping each other out. They're good people.

What's up with the "hermit crablin"? I get the "hermit" part, but there's nothing crablike about it.
If anything, it's like a Shellder tried to latch onto a Slowpoke, but accidentally grabbed a Tentacool instead .

The mead is double fun when you actually recognise what the original of the label is the manga uses.
( yes, it's a mead brand. A bloody good one at that. None of that factory shyte...)

Walnuts preserved in honey... Walnuts don't keep well once shelled, not that well even when still shelled... Notoriously so...
But in honey.....
The walnuts become chunky sugar bombs. And the tannins from the walnuts leech into the honey giving it serious punch for cooking or fermenting. A match truly made in heaven...

and the girl is the other twin to the current demon lord(atleast it was implied or part of ongoing theory). funny that both of them conjured the same game (tabletop) to pass their time.
