I know it's an ecchi fanservice manga so this is just reading too much into it but...

1. Why did she see cosplay and then instantly go to bikini armour? That is inappropriate for a school setting, she should get disciplined for that.
2. Why did the teachers not scold the girl for such an inappropriate storyline?
3. Considering the room was full why not have more people taking part? We already have other reoccurring characters to choose from to take part in the degenerate fantasies, it doesn't have to be boys
4. Considering most of these issues get solved by having the game take place outside of school why not have it at a local hobby shop?

Also I know I'm probably in the minority but I preferred Summer's cosplay to Toki's
