That makeover is a significant downgrade and also… I think I hate the MC? He sucks? So maybe this one’s not for me.

I think the issue with MC is that he's super duper clever and tuned into people's emotions but not whenever those emotions are about liking the MC. It's kinda weak character writing. Story wants the MC to be clueless but not at the same time so it's not as bad that he's kinda two-timing these girls almost right in front of their faces.

I'm sure you are not talking about her seeing him buying a condom and saying he is calm and cold? That's not a reason lol. Chapter 2 onwards she immediately starts flirting with him. But our bar is self-insert MCs so maybe bar is THAT low to begin with.

Yeah,you clearly don't recall why she went from being just friendly to everyone,including him in chapter two,to now being very specific 'bout him.
