Like clockwork, another woman shows up specifically to outshine Riela. She has bigger tits, but only because of her ugly eyes and what they represent, and because what she is is meant to be more appealing than what Riela brings to the table. "Overwhelming beauty"...how? The mage has hard and sharp tsurime, because that's surely superior to the gentle eyes of someone like Riela, whose eyes match her character. She even has sanpakume--eyes with the "three whites" characteristic of people with (to put it lightly) objectionable disposition. The "overwhelming beauty" gets at least one condescending shot in, because JP creators do love the idea of being stepped on by women.

In response, the MC wastes no time forgetting Riela for this one. By the looks of things, and if they go the way they normally do in manga like this, the author doesn't realize that he's writing the MC toward doing exactly what he set out to avoid by snubbing Riela for masochistic lust--and it's very likely not because of the author's intent, but the author's slavish adherence to industry standards. Doesn't help that the MC is, in the usual retarded fashion, rigidly treating the world he's in as if it is the game and not a world based on it--but his one exception to that game plan, so to speak, is in regard to this "overwhelming beauty".
