I when I read it, I thought she was talking about Lilias, since we never got to see Solanya's mother before, and I don't think she was ever mentioned before too. But maybe it could be talking about Solanya's mother, since she did mention Solanya there.

Well this is actually the name of the scythe weapon itself which has been established since beginning early chapter of the Manhua as Bai Ji hairpins & signature weapon but wow I completely forgot there was a country with that name

Now that you mention it, I'm pretty sure they completely forgot about the fact that the hairpins should actually turn into the scythe, like they did in the first time she used it in the manhua, and it was even a plot point early on too, cuz she lost them so she couldn't use the scythe for a bit. Now the hairpins just stay there even when she uses the scythe.

As far as I’m confirmed she can use the scythe but a less powerful version of it the one that is from her hairpin are 100% Guatemala but beside that it from her own mana blood veins power though they might have already forgotten about that since back in chapter 90-100 that was what she use while the hairpins were with Chestnut & Future chapters with Yana but now it different, so I guess you could be right I might need to recheck old chapters

Edit: I just recheck abit the weapon might be part of her current movesets of abilities that she gotten after leveling up and getting to this world since during her battle against Lilith/Kerr, Bai ji still has her hairpin, it was after her defeat and entering this world that she lost those hairpins one could assume The Scythe became part of her weapon moveset abilities in this current world
