The chapter begins with Ueno and Moka revealing their relationship to the tennis club. Everyone is excited about the news. Ueno and Moka are both happy, but their inner selves are still hovering over them. Tsubomi later played a double match with Moka & her friends. Moka's friends noticed Tsubomi is improving with her tennis skills. Ueno went up to talk to Moka, which her friends started to tease Moka about her flirting with her new boyfriend, lol. When Tsubomi heard the news that Ueno is Moka's boyfriend, it surprised her.

Later, Tsubomi went to a sex shop to check out the merchandise. As she was checking around, she remembered a fun memory she had with Ueno at a sex shop but also the memories of her bullying Ueno in middle school. This caused Tsubomi to feel guilty...

This is reflected the next day when Tsubomi left early from the tennis club, surprising everyone. When Ueno left the tennis club later, Tsubomi ambushed him, telling Ueno to follow her. Ueno thought Tsubomi was taking him to another love hotel, but Tsubomi told him that is not the case this time.

Tsubomi told Ueno that she managed to make friends beyond Chisaki & Kanako in the tennis club and she thanked Ueno for that. Ueno replied by saying that is all because of Tsubomi's efforts and her good personality which improved the atmosphere between the female club members. Hearing this caused Tsubomi's guilt to boil over, yelling at Ueno that is not true (she doesn't have a good personality) and questioned why Ueno is acting nice to her.

The chapter ends with Tsubomi admitting to Ueno that she's Ueno's bully.

Spoiler: My thoughts

I wonder what will make Tsubomi move past her guilt. A simple forgiveness message from Ueno probably won't be enough for her to move on. I still believe Tsubomi offering her virginity to Ueno is a play she might use to erase her guilty conscience. Tsubomi is the only bully out of the three that never attempted to have penetrative sex with Ueno. Obviously, it would be a tough sell since Ueno just started dating Moka but we'll see.

It's such a fascinating character arc that's more complex than the usual "Tsubomi for life she's hella cute and the best match for Ueno".

Tsubomi may not be my favorite character in the story, but she is easily the most entertaining character for the reasons you listed.

But who knows she might also try to be the voice of reason. Either way I feel like this is going to set up a major dilemma for her in the future once shit hits the fan

I am curious what the author's plans for Kanako now. Theoretically, she should have easier time gaining Chisaki’s attention now that Ueno is seemingly out of the competition.

I would like to Kanako testing Ueno in their next encounter. To see for herself if he’s not a pervert anymore. Maybe to probe around to see if Ueno actually told Moka about his true self and to warn him what might happen if he doesn't tell the truth to Moka.

The chapter starts off with a brief flashback with Ueno finding out the bully trio's gym clothes in the classroom and getting aroused (this should dispel any theories that it wasn't Ueno's fault that he was holding the bullies' gym clothes). This is why Ueno tells Tsubomi in present time that he blames himself as the reason why he was bullied in the first place. A speechless Tsubomi asked Ueno why he could say something like that. Ueno replied that he doesn't know, but he thinks it's a nice opportunity for him and Tsubomi to become proper friends. Hearing that made Tsubomi feel incredibly guilty, which caused her to run away from Ueno. Ueno chased after a crying Tsubomi, telling her to come back to the tennis club tomorrow, and to stop running. When she didn't stop, Ueno yelled to Tsubomi that they can start over and become proper friends as he doesn't want to their new friendship to end like that. Tsubomi stopped and fully broke down in tears, apologizing repeatedly for her actions to Ueno.

The art is getting better. This chapter have the best art in the series so far. Tsubomi's character growth is one of the best parts of this series. I love how she broke down and cried and how Ueno was willing to start over to become proper friends with each other. Overall, this is a beautiful and emotional chapter...

...well, until the final scene though. lol. Wow, what a troubling request. I mean, obviously Ueno shouldn't cheat on Moka, especially this early into the relationship but.....as a reader, I don't want Ueno to miss out on the opportunity to do intimacy practice with Tsubomi one last time. Tsubomi and Ueno will definitely feel absolutely guilty afterwards, but as long as the sex scene is excellent, I will say it will be worth it. I don't want the erotic/femdom scenes to dry up this soon.

But, I can't WAIT for the next chapter. Will Tsubomi finally lose her virginity within the next two chapters?!?
