It's simply going to end. This series has been going on for 15 years.

And at the rate it is going I am pretty darn sure the manga will celebrate its 20th anniversary before we get to the end of the high school graduation ceremony of Mokocchi, so give it six years more as a minimum to get to the end of the manga.

I remember one of the Golden Week chapters showing a calendar where the dates aligned with May 2013. But the real answer is it's just a floating timeline as Nozaki-kun demonstrates:

Funnily enough, Watamote is the third oldest and Nozaki-kun is the fourth oldest series at Gangan Online, both started the same month, August 2011, with only three weeks separating them.
The series with the title of oldest is really several series with gaps of time between serializations and the second one seems to be on an eternal hiatus since very long ago, so that would make Watamote the oldest series that is a single series and has been continously serialized on Gangan Online.
