well, having bandwidth 8 mbps and having brain capacity 8 mb is different things after all.
he has huge brain capacity because restoration and special modification on that body (thanks to that goddess meddling) but the body original mind processing is super low.

he technically has 8 MB RAM but has almost beyond 2-5 TB SSD. so he still can process all that thing he has learned but his brain just work super minimum only based on what he want lmao (that mean it somehow work super effective on custom setting)
