Here's a bit of advice if you're not going to continue translating a series from beginning till the end then you shouldn't have picked it up in the first place 😤Sorry![]()
Just so you know, it doesn't actually notify people when you put a link to their name in the comment. You have to hit the "reply" button, like I've done.gearsky it's just pure machine translation in that titles, so it won't "improve over time" unless they put an effort to actually read it and edit it
Looking at the thing you quoted, the link is actually a mention, he just edited out the @ part (like this @gearsky gearsky gear). But I'm betting the real reason why you didn't get a notification is because he edited in the mention afterwards, which makes it so you don't get notified. Same thing happens if you edit in a quote after commenting.Just so you know, it doesn't actually notify people when you put a link to their name in the comment. The only reason I ever saw this was because I got a notification that someone left a reaction on my comment here.
Huh. And I actually got two notifications for this reply. Presumably one from the quote, and another from the direct mention.Looking at the thing you quoted, the link is actually a mention, he just edited out the @ part (like this @gearsky gearsky gear).
