I do think they are two polar opposite extremes with rihito and Noa, Noa's is just more in your face about. If rihito didn't have somebody nagging him to do stuff he would never actively do things to be in a relationship. He seems to enjoy their time together even if she is exhausting because she can't decide what she wants. In a way for a lot of people his behavior would be just as much of a deal breaker as Noa. People call her very unstable with no character growth, I disagree I think she has grown better at functioning and as a person but for her it's now transitioned in to wanting to be loved but knowing rihito will probably never be interested she constantly flip flops because she knows logically and copes with round about words but has outbreaks from not given any emotional stability. (Speaking from experience being in the quantum close state puts you there but I think it's more outward in noa for the comedy) If you go back and read Noa was way more unstable and almost everything made her ping pong drastically in mood, Now most of the time when she has her fits its more because she doesn't feel like she could be loved by rihito. E.g. her age, if shes annoying, his preferences, etc
