I do like how he thinks "I don't know what Grace wants, but what I want is..." And a picture of his wife and daughter. I wonder if this is the start of the melding of the worlds like others have mentioned? It would be quite interesting if more people learned. One problem with that is-

This is fairy magic, where the second it's seen through it becomes undone.

But, brother and father both hint at knowing Kenzo is not Grace. I wonder if it's because they don't know for certain it's not undone?

It's nothing much, just an eyecatch image that the author of this manga, Ueyama Michirou-sensei, posted on his Pixiv account.
But if you’re actually looking for the reference behind that specific image, it’s a nod to a Japanese tokusatsu (superhero) show called 快傑ズバット (Kaiketsu Zubat), in which the protagonist is dressed as a cowboy / Western gunslinger.
