bro you are giving me flashbacks to when my anxiety and sleep schedule was so bad I couldn't fall asleep and heard voices or music when i closed my eyes because of my tiredness.
if anyone ever experiences this, know that you're not going to crazy and will be back to normal soon - it's a normal thing to experience. don't think , close your eyes and wait. sleep is ingrained in your dna, if you wait enough you'll fall asleep. (it might be a while though) you need to believe!!! also, even just staying in bed trying to sleep will help your body more than being awake. you might also need to refresh your mind, i find reading to be the best way.
