I'm not sure whose and I'm probably wrong, but I recall a conversation saying "he's Nyanyan with a different user name". It all happened when I was dead, so I have no idea about that time several regulars got banned.

Depends on how you go about it. Flaming the mods is a good way to get on the fast track.

Here's how some users have gotten perma banned in the past:

• Telling someone to kill themselves
• Spamming strikes/dumbs on a user (bonus points if you do it to a mod)
• Harassing someone over and over (bonus points if you do it even after being told to stop by a mod)
• 'Doxxing' a user
• Being extremely homophobic
• Spamming (bonus points if you do it to several mods)
• Ban evading with an alt (this is a big one that gets a lot of people)

Honestly, I've seen plently of people break this rule in discord that I was quite surprised when I heard you could get banned from doing that. Even a decently strict server I was active in didn't really have that much of a punishment for it. I wonder why that's the case...

You can speed up any method by having an alt (or several ones) doing the deed with you. One form of spam that mods explicitely tell you not to do is pinging them (@Mods&Devs) massively.

That's enough for a ban, a couple of years ago or so there was a user that got banned for being a tad racist and saying homosexuality was a mental illness. As a matter fact, they logged in here to complain about the fact they were banned on MangaDex's Discord for the same things and... didn't end well for them.
