To be transparent, it would be helpful to have a list of what was removed. However, given the way things are going, this is not going to happen.

First that PR disaster, then the weak explanation with no announcement of a proper explanation later, all while they nontransparently remove stuff.

Not a complete list, from what I could see they're removing first what got uploaded more recently, but essentially going first with loli/shota + mature (they're actually checking each entry).
From my part, I'm only getting "this" and "like" as reactions.

Wait, mature even if it's between adults? Why? Or is just the combination of loli/shota + mature?

Also, I think suggestive it's the next step

I meant "includes loli or shota" and "has mature rating". Then comes Erotica & Suggestive (as loli/shota can't be on Safe), but if they want to remove "any sexual depiction of minors" they'll need to do stuff like "school girl" and "mature" (plus Erotica) as well and start using keywords.
