This and so much more BS that MD has put us through is the reason I'm going back to torrenting manga and reading it manually on my computer instead of a web UI like MD's, because even though it might be a bit inconvenient it at least doesn't run the risk of anyone deleting that shit off of my hard drive at a retard's whims, and I suggest anyone to do the same. SumatraPDF is my go to cascade reader for manga now.
I'm starting to think we should download everything important because of BS like this

Even though there's always a manga site out there, we never know when this will happen again in another site

Stop the misinformation. Titles being removed depict sexual activity between characters that are minors, either in appearance (handled on a case-by-case basis) or confirmed in the dialogue. It's about law and compliance with it. If you jerk it off to little kids, go and do it elsewhere; there are sites that specialise in that.
I want YOU, EtherealNeko, to list the specific law this is about.

The problem isn't that they're shouting louder than others, it's that they got elected and started passing very real laws. Like it or not, there are people who are responsible for keeping the site up and running, and they will potentially bear the punishment (or at least be subject to trial) for breaking those laws if someone decides to start filing charges. I'm not thrilled about this either, but it is by far the lesser of two evils when compared to the site getting napalmed wholesale.
That's incorrect.

If the MangaDex servers are located in a jurisdiction where lolis are legal, then they cannot be held legally liable.

Jurisdictions cannot decide the laws outside of their jurisdiction.

If your logic was correct, then the entire internet must be forced to censor alcohol, because alcohol is illegal in Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia. But obviously that's not the case, so your logic is incorrect.

Countries can only decide the laws within their own borders, not for the entire world.

You are simply fearmongering about a situation that cannot happen. MangaDex cannot be held liable for laws outside of their server's jurisdiction.

Ehh, it has the core functionalities I want/needed: remembers where I left off reading, lets me do cascade reading, bookmarks each volume book I open and even creates a thumbnail for all the books I opened. It just works.
