If you actually bothered reading the Wikipedia page you linked to, loli isn't actually illegal in most of those countries. It's just in a gray area where there are no laws specifically against loli content but there are laws against actual pedophilia and no one has tried in court whether it applies or not to loli.

Stop the misinformation. Titles being removed depict sexual activity between characters that are minors, either in appearance (handled on a case-by-case basis) or confirmed in the dialogue. It's about law and compliance with it. If you jerk it off to little kids, go and do it elsewhere; there are sites that specialise in that.

Not a hard concept to grasp. Mangadex is quite fucking obviously getting rid of anything they can deem as ad-unfriendly content, in this case anything loli romance. The site has been in a steady decline for years and in the end we'll have to wait and see how harsly they'll treat any manga with a character being under the age of 18.
