An ironic thing about Sumiyama's reasoning is that the perfect match of the numbers of marks and people missing is a coincidence: the Kumada siblings were sent to hell in one go, so they only left one mark; but the police don't know Teriya is missing yet, so his mark makes up for the lack of one for the extra Kumada sibling.

Things I'm curious about: what will happen to the three captured part-timing gangsters? And is Asura going to lie about why the gangsters who assaulted him and his grandma disappeared? 'Cause otherwise, we have victims without perpetrators and the police might even suspect him of being the one who assaulted his grandma and injured himself to avoid suspicion.

It's only a matter of time before Sumiyama and Toda learn of Asura's secret. Unlike most police, these two are actually smart and are investigating the right clues.

Asura is becoming more unhinged the longer he uses that key.

probably gonna say he send the dudes to hell, and the police will think is some joke, or that he is traumatized or something

even if he's in juvie i still half expect another 'keyholder' to appear or so. if not the demon coming back and adjusting the powers to where he can just stare and judge as opposed to a key but that'd be too OP lol

lmao at the imagined tantrum

...i don't like the police chief's vibe. he might be related to the criminal gang

tbf jp police/authorities are pretty uptight about 'rules' and bureaucracy, idk if any western contries have ever done 'apology' letters too as opposed to just some paycut/hr stuff but statistically i suppose there's one police officer working with a gang member even if not super high up
