Baki has something that attracts the biggest nerds who think they are protagonists of an 80s action flick. As much as I avoid stupid anime forum drama, Baki translator drama is my guilty pleasure because of how ludicrous it is.

I agree with you 100% If you think about it, the rival groups made this smear campaign against me so people wouldn't donate to my group/project. It didn't matter because now I studied Japanese and I don't need funding for my projects.
I was a dumb 24 year old kid when I started Baki, now I'm a dumb 50-year-old guy who knows what it says, so I can fix it "better" It's just manga, that's all. It's done for fun.

A personal note, the only time I could add my own joke was Tatsumi saying "He didn't have the balls...." Garouden is way too serious and depressing to make stuff up for jokes. I took it very seriously when I wrote it and that's why you see me there in "serious mode" same with "Okan" there's stuff I can't really joke about.
