Because inevitably someone will tell the FMC or MC 'you'll be a good mom/dad', and it's a romcom, so they like them, which means they are imagining themselves as their spouse in the future, so if they are talking about parenthood, that means they can only be thinking about one thing— BREEDING SEX!!!

This drawing is almost perfectly replicating a child's potential methods, except for the collar and hood. I can't think of any kid around that age that would define the collar and the hood that much. It would just be basic shapes and details.
