I would say her issue is more the fact that she feels she’s wasted her life being so preoccupied with skills, given how she learned that even the people who didn’t learn any skills at all we’re doing just fine working and finding relationships.

I think it’s not so much that she doesn’t know that skills are useful, but that she sees low value in herself as a person who just gave up when she hit a road block and became a NEET while everyone else persevered. When she suddenly regained her confidence as a genius after realizing how to learn skills again, she didn’t have any face to see anyone to brag about it because of that shameful past.

I guess she'll see Mikagami's going to be taken down and she'll spring to save him, finding the motivation she sorely lacked so far (beyond the ecstasy of finding something new). She already knows she cares deeply for her friends, but she's never felt the need to protect or save any of them, even now she was intending to throw the fight, seeing Mikagami in real danger will snap her out of it I think.
