Well, I kind of think that if this one made it to 200 chapters, then even a not-so-original story about characters tormenting and harassing their creator for making them suffer for many chapters of those 200 could've had some success

StaleDreams stopped doing the redraws, since the series kept going downhill and they lost interest.

Since the middle of last year, I’ve been dealing with things that drained me over time and limited my availability to work on Hajimete no Gal. So we’ve basically had a forced halt this semester after losing the redraws. I hope to return to translations next semester, if no one else picks it up.

Even so, there won’t be a redrawer… but let’s see what I can do.

If you want a spoiler, the next untranslated chapters are pure filler crap. Even the ninja arcs had more density than what’s coming.

On the other hand, MangaDex complying more and more with authorial rights is making things increasingly sketchy for anyone uploading material here, which is also an issue.

I don’t like my chances of someone picking up this series… so I’ll see you all next semester.

If it's so difficult for the author to maintain the manga's pace after that disaster in chapter 200, imagine the readers' expectations, which, so far, are far too low.

Even worse, it will affect sales of copies of the current volume – which is probably already happening.
