I can't see the ad in the main page when I open it from my bookmark, but when I click the "home" button from any other page it shows up under the "self-published" area
If I knew it'd be like this I would've made a cover ad

one other odd thing I noticed is that when you refresh the main page, the ad disappears

Wait is that why I have yet to see any of the banner style ads? I have seen the vertical format ones in manga chapters though, but none of the long horizontal ones.

Kind of makes it very hard to naturally see them for most people in my opinion.

I swear yesterday I saw a banner ad in the most weird spot, on the sidebar of the manga menu reader.

I just wish they brought back the banner ad on the main site under the Popular New Titles, it was the perfect spot.
