The pacing of this series wouldn't fare well with an anime adaptation, but a visual novel based on it could be interesting.

I feel like a VN Adaptation of this manga would focus mostly on Sou's POV, where you could choose to either be on the reserved side or to make moves, with the females (who we know are massive degenerates) being fairly open

could also lead into situations where maybe their outward "normal" appearance starts to crack a little, hinting at the degeneracy inside them and maybe providing an interesting experience to people who haven't read the manga (or whatever this is)

Another point of note is that the early chapters, which would be the first family arc at the Satou Residence, would make for an easy tutorial area to get used to stuff like interacting with characters and whatever else would be included. Funny how that fits so naturally in with the main series
