Endo always knows how to surprise us; what was supposed to be the end of a mini comic saga turns into a truly wonderful chapter with so many insights.
Yor shows Loid all his concern and how much he cares for him.
Yor shows Loid his Thorn Princess look for the first time, and who knows if that look made Loid doubt Yor's true identity.
Yor's speech creates a crack in the Twilight/Loid mask.

Those, terrorists... we're kind of cool. They really just wanted the drama done better and not influenced by the government. And even when the people tried to sympathize with them, they scared them away so they can surrender without any issues.
Meanwhile, Yor:

From "Aww". :glee:

To "Eh"? :worry:

Yeah I have to say while I enjoyed this mini arc, the slow-pace of Lloyd’s degradation and the pivotal realization that he’s compromised is becoming a bit much. I actually found myself making the “okay let’s get on with it” hand wave while reading his monologue at the end of the chapter lol.

Hmm, is Loid now that he realizes he is emotionally involved. Will he try to overcompensate by becoming extra cold or distancing himself etc. etc.

I'm pretty unsatisfied with that ending. It felt like they were building up to a change in how they see each other, but then it reverted at the end. If anything, the relationship between Loid and Yuri had more development than the main characters.
Seeing that Loid is literally having a mental breakdown there at the end, I doubt there's no change to their relationship. We'll have to wait and see.

People die when they are killed.
Both Yor and Twilight are the kind not to die even when they are killed!

I hope we will see by next chapter.

I feel like the terrorists.

This was a characterization arc rather than a plot arc. Loid's character arc has always been 'Unfeeling spy catches feelings for his fake family and allows them to become real family'. This is one of the steps in his 'Loid catches feelings for Yor' progress bar. Yor's been down bad for Loid for a while. Loid is having to start realizing that he's down very nearly as much, if not moreso.

An unfeeling spy doesn't voluntarily step in front of a loaded weapon simply for bravado.
