It looks like the game is going to end soon, so I'll like to add that one custom rule can be added if someone spends 99 points.
However this will only apply to the person proposing the rule. If you want to add a rule covering your entire team, you'll have to sacrifice their points as well... and expect a few drawbacks when proposing certain rules

I guess you're just unlucky ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ The teams don't really matter much, the main point is to get to 100 points first.
