Yeah it's been inconsistently translated as Disgrave, Diosgrave, and Diosglaive. Just in the previous chapter when Hero-chan's dad mentioned them when talking to himself, it was Diosgrave.

It's the faction Gimlet was in (and ranked 4th in) until he got humbled by the S-ranks and pledged devotion to Cross.

You all are missing the point.
They have horns AND tail, so they're probably a hermaphrodite, or at least someone inbetween male and female.
So Cross is still a valid target.
