Wow! This anime has a pretty good rating. Is it worth watching?
Yeah, it's really good. But it's a huge series with a certain watch order if I remember right. It's been almost a decade since I watched it so @Manko-sensei could probably supply you with a more concrete answer.

As usual, it depends on your expectations. For instance, if you don't like that everything revolves around a single teenager then this is certainly not a series to watch (although the last season "Monogatari Off & Monster Season" doesn't make him the protagonist). This series is Urban Fantasy, essentially this high school student encountering these supernatural entities and dealing with them with the help of a loli vampire and the advise of a blond thirty-aged guy who smokes and always wears a hawaian shirt. As usual, you have a large cast of female characters flocking around said protagonist (everyone of them from a different archetype) but in this series there's more text than ecchi, like, a whole heck more. And I don't mean long dialogues, I mean a lot of messages in the background that you'd need to stop the reproduction to read every single one of them. And yes, they're not redundant. Be warned that watching this series means over 100 episodes + a three part film.

In summary, is it worth? If you have a good sense of humour yes, even more reason if you like a series with a lot of side stories that you can watch for a while. Whatever you decide, don't watch Koyomimonogatari, that's just a recap season to advertise the film. You can also read the manga adaptation (Bakemonogatari), the art is really good and the story flows well. Besides, the reason the series is long is because it started in 2009, the seasons aren't rushed in any way and the anime studio is a good one. If you give it a try, I recommend watching them by release order but there's no harm if you start with the film (different animation style, but gives you a good idea of the tone of the series).

It's also got some sick OP (it's crazy that there's 26 of them and they all keep that high quality). :win:
This one was a meme for awhile back in like 2017:
One of my favorites:

The ED are cool too, here's my favorite one:

Pinging @TheTopAdventure to see if he wants to add anything since I think he also likes the series.

That's PERFECT cell, not Supercell!
P is for Priceless, the look upon your faces.
E is for Extinction, of all your puny races.
R for Revolution, which will be televised.
F is for how F*cked you are, now allow me to reprise...
E is for Eccentric, just listen to my song.
C is for Completion, that I've waited for so long!
T is for the Terror, upon you I'll bestow.

Also could've gone with that company which made some great games, makes them worse slowly over updates and then occasionally brings back the excitement with a major update after killing some other game.
