Thank you for coming back, and wishes for your continued health and well-being.

Oh fuck... I think I know what will happen... Konpeito may be feeling well now, but I don't think it means her depression is entirely gone... if she gets a bout of it and her magic goes haywire... well, we all know what she can do.

thank u for the chapter, and best of luck on recruiting members!! would love to help if not for my own grad school commitments 😭

i wonder if the place the human repositories open up has something to do with their magical connection? like kuraki giving compliments, tsuzuki being a bit empty / a portable home, and now kusunoki's imagination/visualization?... i dont know how it'd work for shinozaki tho, unless "worrying your head off" is a thing in japanese too,,

I think that's a neat way of thinking of it! Could also just look at Kuraki's deal as an expression of his apparent oral fixation... Or even, of the place that the magicians which made them "feel" like they should open, so it's where they open most easily (Hazakura checked Kuraki's mouth first, after all). In Shinozaki's case, it's more so that his head is particularly unstable (as has been a subject of regular consternation; in many ways, figuring out how to fix it is the central conceit of the manga), and so that's the part that comes off easy-- but all of his body is technically part of "where he opens up." And I'm not talking about the fact that technically all human repositories can open anywhere, here. He hinges open like a machine with a million and one access panels because that's how his enchanter thought of him, or rather of the sort of... Way that a human repository ought to work (as a mechanical sort of thing).

And good luck to you re: grad school!

I sent out an email to the group regarding typesetting and such. I'm so sad it's coming to end end soon.
