I'll give it credit for being up-front about what it is - page one told me everything I needed to know about this one without having to read the description. Psychologically, IT IS NOT sex neutral.

NTR and reverse NTR (opposite) are in essence very different because the sexes are very different as well.

Harem/polygamy routes are possible in the first place because of this reason.
