It's great that each child is finding their own individual dreams, but Iruma really needs to remember a few things:
A. Not all dreams can become a reality
B. The Many-Eared tribe are in this predicament for a reason, confidence can only take them so far
C. The Many-Eared tribe have their own unique talents and skills, teach them to use that to find ways to reach their futures (don't teach a fish how to climb, if it wants to go high, then teach it how to launch itself out of the water so it can soar.)
D. Inspiring the children is great and all, but that means nothing if the parents aren't on board because then they'll just smash their confidence.
